ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.1048 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused person were found in possession of 2 Kgs. & 150 Grams of Ganja illegally and thereby, the respondent police have registered a case against the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not at all connected and he is not involved the said offence. He was falsely implicated as an accused in this case and as such only on the statistical purpose, the petitioner's name was implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 2 Kgs. & 150 grams of Ganja and the other accused were arrested. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the other accused were arrested, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
