O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and to her tenants at No.30, Adhipooriswarar Koil Street, Pallikaranai, Chennai-600 100 and direct the second respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaints. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the occurrence took place on 25.07.2020. There are so many complaints lodged by the petitioner against the accused persons before the second respondent, even then they did not take any action as against the accused persons. There is a categorical evidence in CCTV footage even then the second respondent did not conduct any enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.07.2020 and she lodged the last complaint dated 30.07.2020 and sent through on-line. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the C.S.R has been pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the counter parties and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
