The petitioners have filed this Writ petition for consideration of the representation/application of the 1st petitioner dated 17.03.2022 before the respondents for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate.
2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, the representation/application dated 17.03.2022 made by the 1st petitioner, seeking issuance of Legal Heir Certificate has been considered and Legal Heir Certificate of deceased P.Chinnaraj was issued in favour of the petitioners, vide certificate bearing Certificate No.TN-7202305152391 dated 01.06.2023 and produced a copy of the same before this Court.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 05.06.2023 (1/2) 2/5
