ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the surcharge proceedings dated 02.05.2016 issued by the second respondent for recovery of Rs.40,72,374/- from the fifth respondent.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent 2/4

to pass final orders on the surcharge proceedings dated 02.05.2016, if not already passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
