] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above appeal challenging the conviction order passed in S.C.No.36 of 2021 dated 27.01.2024 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Arani.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
