Though the civil revision petition has been filed to issue a direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced a copy of the Judgment dated 22.09.2014, passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore in O.S.No.197 of 2009. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil revision petition. Hence, the prayer in the civil revision petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said judgment and submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs.
