This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.9(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3314 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3314 of dated 14.02.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 07.30 p.m.

until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
