ORDER

The revision petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge, Bhavani, to dispose of the HMOP.No.200 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the petitioner prayed for the speedy disposal of HMOP.No.200 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023.

4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the HMOP.No.200 of 2023, on the file of Subordinate Court, Bhavani, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
