This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 244 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. The sole petitioner would aver that due to the nature of injuries sustained in the road traffic accident that occurred on 16.10.2022, he sustained serious injuries.

Due to financial constrains, delay of 244 days occurred in preferring this appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 244 days shall stand waived.
