This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2014 in CSR.No.412 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 14.11.2014, it is seen that this petitioner and one Venkatachalam are having interest in a common well and the said Venkatachalam is preventing the petitioner, from drawing water from the said well.

4. In an allegation of this nature, the police cannot be directed to register an FIR. It is always open to the petitioner to workout his remedies before the Civil Court.
