This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani, Tiruvallur District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.204 of 2013, expeditiously as early as possible.

Heard M/s.N.Anandha Kavitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is facing trial for offences under Sections 323, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC and Final report has been filed in the year 2013 itself and the charges have also been framed. The Court below is yet to start the trial.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani, Tiruvallur District, is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.204 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
