ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2023 and consequently issue a Sub-division patta in favour of the petitioner for the properties situated at Vadapudupet Village, Vaniyambadi Taluk, Tirupattur District comprised Survey Nos.1/2A, 3, 14, 116/3, 115/2C, 116/3AC, 115/AC.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 02.01.2023 with a request for issuance of sub-division patta, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

02.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for issuance of sub-division of patta on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
