The present Criminal Original petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prosecute the above Criminal appeals before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 12.01.2024 made in C.A.Nos.55 and 56 of 2021 passed by the XXI Additioal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai reversing the judgment dated 08.02.2021 passed in C.C.Nos.1929 and 1931 of 2017 by the Metropolitan Magistrate FTC-I, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeals.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
