(made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The habeas corpus petition on hand has been instituted to direct Respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's daughter Shri. J.Nithya aged about 19 years from the illegal detention of the 4th respondent.

2. The petitioner states that her daughter was illegally detained by the 4th respondent and is under his custody.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the detenue namely J.Nithya had already been married to fourth respondent on 25.04.2022 and both are living together as husband and wife. The detenue as well as the fourth respondent are produced before this Court.
4.On enquiry by this Court, the detenue informed that she has consented for marriage with the fourth respondent and already got married at Sree Perumal Temple at Ayanampakkam with the fourth respondent Mr.Dinesh and he is taking care of her. She has been treated properly by the fourth respondent, his family members and in-laws. When the detenue herself has voluntarily made a statement that she is living happily with the fourth respondent, the petition deserves no merit consideration.
5. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
