This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 233 days in filing the Review Application. A detailed affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, which we have perused, where it is stated that, time was consumed by the petitioner / appellant in taking up the matter against the order passed by the Division Bench before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, where they unsuccessfully filed the SLP and thereafter, they got liberty to file the review application and hence there has been a delay of 233 days.

2. Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner. Having satisfied with the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Satisfied with the same, we feel that this petition can be ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order and post the same next week.
