No.268/5, New Survey No.268/31, situate in No.79, Kilmudalambedu Madhura Kaverpettai Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, bearing Plot No.21-A of an extent of 3 cents and demarcate the property by metes and bounds within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2021 and demarcate the property by metes and bounds within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is the owner of property comprised in R.S.No.268/5, New Survey No.268/31, situated at No.79, Kilmudalambedu Madhura Kaverpettai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District bearing Plot No.21-A, for an extent of 3 cents. Earlier, on 15.02.2021, the petitioner has made an application before the 2nd respondent to measure the property and to fix the boundary and he has also paid necessary fees. But, so far, his application was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and to survey the land after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
