This Writ Petition is filed seeking No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run SPA.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the Government has framed guidelines to ensure that no misuse of license for running spa. If the petitioner complies the guidelines issued by the Government, it will be considered in accordance with law.
