(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner shall stay at and report before the Concerned Judicial Magistrate, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 a.m., for period of 15 days, thereafter report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order dated 03.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.1692 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
