By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 07.03.2023. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that despite he has submitted representation to rectify the error in Patta.No.455 as per Sale Deed in Doc. No.90/1963,on the file of the Sub Registrar, Omalur, it was not rectified by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner had filed an appeal dated 07.03.2023 before the second respondent. But the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 07.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
