This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, this petitioner is a foreman of the chit. On the complaint dated 02.07.2015, he has alleged that those who are subscribe the chit are not repaying the money.

4. In the considered opinion of this court, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register an FIR on such allegations. The petitioner as foreman should have take action under the Chit Funds Act, 1982, if the chit is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered one.
