PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to give suitable police protection to the petitioner to running the crusher in the name of Sri Ganesar Blue Metals, Unit-I situated at S.F.No.314/4D, Ariyur Village, Thorapadi, Vellore District. O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to give suitable police protection to the petitioner to running the crusher in the name of Sri Ganesar Blue Metals, Unit-I situated at S.F.No.314/4D, Ariyur Village, Thorapadi, Vellore District.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the issue involved in this case is purely civil in nature and the prayer cannot be entertained.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and also the issue involved in this case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
civil in nature, the prayer as such sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
