For Petitioner : Mr.T.Dhanasekaran
ORDER
Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly brought to my notice that the revision petitioner has already been dispossessed through Court.
2. I find that the present Revision is arising out of an order dated 15.12.2017 in I.A.No.4 of 2016 in an unnumbered RCA of 2016, the P.B.BALAJI.J., 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
CRP.No.491 of 2018 vum appellate Court refusing to condone the delay of 427 days in filing the statutory appeal under the erstwhile Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960. It is to be noted that even the said Act has been repealed in the year 2019 and since the landlord has already taken possession through Court, I do not see any necessity to go into the issue of condonation the delay in filing the first appeal. The possession having already been delivered, nothing survives for consideration, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
