The affidavit filed by the respondent indicates that the order of this Court dated 30.08.2024 to file the final report in Cr.NO.22 of 2021, filed on 30.12.2024, after receiving the chemical analysis report dated 12.12.2024. There was delay in filing the final report due to non receipt of chemical analysis report and unconditional apology been tendered for the delay in complying the Court Order.
