O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the O.S. No.110 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Alandur, Chennai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kanchipuram.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent expressed his consent for transferring the Suit in O.S. No.110 of 2018 from the file of the Additional District Munsif, Alandur, Chennai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram. 3.This Court, taking note of the consent given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent for transferring the petition in O.S. No.110 of 2018 filed by the respondent from the file of the Additional District Munsif, Alandur, Chennai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram, where https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Suit in O.S. No.31 of 2019 filed by the petitioner was also pending, is inclined to transfer the O.S. No.110 of 2018 to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram to be tried along with O.S. No.31 of 2019. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. is allowed and the O.S. No.110 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Alandur, Chennai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram to be tried along with O.S. No.31 of 2019. 4.The Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram is directed to take up both the cases and dispose of the same expeditiously, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.10464 of 2019 is closed.
