The contempt petition on hand has been filed praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 16.12.2022 made in W.P.No.33809 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the order passed by this Court has already been implemented by the respondent. Thus no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
