This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to register the complaint and take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2021 acknowledged in online ID No.MUT21064170 in a time bound period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, finding that it is a dispute between the petitioner and his neighbour, enquiry has been conducted and after due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, both parties were agreed to approach the respondent authorities for surveying the property. Based on which, the enquiry has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" on 15.06.2021.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear if the petitioner had any grievance about the closure report, she is at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
