Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the post of Physical Education Teacher in the 3rd Respondent school with effect from 01.06.2019 based on the order of appointment dated 25.02.2019 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of salary from the date of appointment, by passing orders on the proposal submitted by the 2nd Respondent to 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2203/A3/2019 dated 05.08.2019, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.02.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer which is sought for in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
