ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble The Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction concedes that what is sought to be raised in the review petition was not even the substratum of the petition, and thus, seeks to withdraw the petition. Endorsement has been made to that effect.

2. Learned Senior Counsel however states that if the respondent carried out their threatened action on or before 15th October, 2015, it will cause considerable damage and they undertake to this Court to voluntarily remove the hoardings on or before 31st October, 2015.

3. We are inclined to grant this time subject to the condition that if still it is not removed, the respondent need not pay any amount to the petitioner as originally ordered. The cost of removal would also be borne by the petitioner in that event. The review application accordingly stands dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos. 1 to 3 of 2015 are closed. (S.KK.,CJ.)
