ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents herein to measure and demarcating the Survey No. 76/8 in Kanathur Reddy Kuppam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and fix the boundary stones and consequently direct the Respondents to pay compensation for the delay and hardship caused to the Petitioner in line with the final order dated 05.10.2020 passed in W.P.(MD) No. 13465 of 2020 by this Court.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 14.08.2023 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 2/4

dated 14.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the petitioner's lands, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
