CRIME NO.29 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in 6(b) imposed in Crl.op.No.22129/2021 on 29/12/2021 and such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above stated circumstances and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of V.PERARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of The public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22129 of 2021 on 29.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
