Heard Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and Ms. K.Ashwini Devi, Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 3.40 p.m. today.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the First to Fourth Respondents for considering his representation dated 30.03.2021 made under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, within a time limit that may be fixed by the Court. 4.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth 2/4

Respondents, on instructions, states that after examining that representation made by the Petitioner, the First Respondent by Proceedings in Appeal Case No. M.C.A3/48/2020 dated 01.07.2022 has passed final order. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, she is not precluded from working out her rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
