Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Govt.Advocate For R1 & R4 Mr.V.Meganathan Govt.Advocate (crl.side) For R2,R3,R5 Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application dated 02.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Even though the petitioner had given subsequent representation on 04.12.2025 seeking for certain other requests, learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if the property is surveyed and demarcated as prayed for in the petitioner's online application dated 02.12.2025.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 4. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of respondents 2, 3 and 5.

4.No prejudice will be caused to the fourth respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and any other party whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the fourth respondent, the fifth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
