Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent submits that similar writ petitions were dismissed by this Court on 11.08.2021 in W.P.Nos.35198 of 2019 etc., batch, which was also subsequently followed in an another batch of writ petitions in W.P.Nos.266 of 2020 etc., batch dated 05.02.2021.

2.Hence, following the earlier orders passed by this Court as stated above, the present writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
