ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 506(ii) and 120(B) of I.P.C and Section 3(1) and 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.126 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and caused damages to his car and bike. Hence the complainant. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner had not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there are 4 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has four previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
