This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal in D.No.730 of 2022 dated 15.07.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.11571 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 19.05.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of the Spl.C.C.No.8 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, has sent communication dated 15.07.2022 in D.No.730 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in Spl.C.C.No.8 of 2020 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.
