This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner without following the due process of law.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Johnson, enquiry in C.No.K2/285/4915/2021 is pending before the second respondent.

4. Such being the position, the Investigating Officer has to follow the procedure by issuing notice to the petitioner and on such notice issued, the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the investigation. If the Investigating Officer finds that if any cognizable offence is made out, he shall proceed as per law.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
