The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed to dispense with for the production of the certified copy of the fair award order in M.C.O.P.No.677 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special Sub Court), Coimbatore.

2. Since the petition is to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair award order in M.C.O.P.No.677 of 2016, the petition in C.M.P.No.15491 of 2025 is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
