W.P.No.11401 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 5th respondent. Taking into consideration the nature of grievance that has been expressed from both the sides, this Court deems it fit to refer this dispute to Mediation and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. 2.

In view of the above, the representative/representatives of the petitioner association and the representative / representatives of the 5th respondent company shall be present before the Mediation Center, High Court Campus, Chennai, on 16.08.2021 at 3.30 p.m. This Court requests the services of Mr.D.Bharatha Chakravarthy, Advocate, to act as a mediator in this case. The Mediator shall understand the core issue where there are differences between the parties and a report shall be submitted before this Court on or before 31.08.2021. Post this case on 01.09.2021 along with the report of the Mediator. The representatives from both sides shall be present before this Court on 01.09.2021 at 2.15.p.m. The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to Mr.D.Bharatha Chakravarthy, Advocate.
