Respondents PRAYER:- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to file application under Section 3 of Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance 1944 r/w. The Criminal Law (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1997 before the Hon'ble District Judge, Coimbatore, after obtaining authorisation from the State Government for attaching immovable property of the 3rd respondent measuring an extent 3052 sq.ft in S.F.No.827/2 Karumathampatti Village, Coimbatore District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2022 as early as possible. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proceedings under Section 3 of Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance 1944 r/w. The Criminal Law (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1997 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 2 & 4 would submit that the respondents shall consider the representation and take appropriate steps as per law.

3. The above statement is recorded. In such view of the matter, no further action is required and such exercise shall be carried out, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
