(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The question whether the land is to be utilised for the road or not which is stated to be owned by the temple, is a matter within the administrative domain of the authorities including the Executive Officer of the temple. The petitioner cannot choose whether the road should or should not be there. We are thus not inclined to entertain this public interest litigation.
