By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be the Dharmakartha of Sri Murugar Koil, situated at No.4/75, Thopalagoundanur Village, Chinnakantheli Post, Thirupattur Taluk, Vellore District, submitted an application dated 23.7.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme, which includes song and dance programme, to be held on 3.8.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem, and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place during such programme, and hence, prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 23.7.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 1.8.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
