ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on a complaint given by one Revathi D/o. Elumalai, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.36 of 2016.

3. Mr.I.Abrar MD Abdullah, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners obtained Anticipatory Bail in Crl.OP.No.12149 of 2016 in Crime No. Not known/2012 and therefore, they cannot be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that on a complaint given by Revathi, the respondent police has referred the complaint to the Dowry Prohibition Officer and the Dowry Prohibition Officer has summoned the petitioner for enquiry. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry with the second respondent.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
