Smt. Saroja v. The District Collector

This petition has been filed seeking to substitute 1.Smt.Saroja, 2.N.Ayyanar & 3.N.Vetrivel as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, namely K.Neelakandan in the above writ petition.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has died, this petition is ordered, accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the causelist and post the main petition on 15.12.2025.
