ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, to expedite the hearing and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.371 of 2019 pending on its file.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Pursuant to my order dated 18.06.2025, the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, has forwarded a report stating that the suit is now posted for filing of written statement by the defendants 1 to 6, as a last chance and also stated that there are 4099 cases pending both in Civil and Criminal and seeks for one year time to dispose of the suit finally. It is also indicated that he has taken charge of additional charge only in the first week of June 2025. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. Taking into account of the report of the learned Judge, a direction is issued to the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, to dispose of 4/6

O.S.No.371 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously, at any rate on or before 30.04.2026.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
