W.M.P.No.13320 of 2019 in W.P.No.34856 of 2018 K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for extension of time granted in W.P.No.34856 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019.

2. It is seen that this Court while dismissing the said writ petition as withdrawn, granted liberty to the writ petitioner to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

3. However, now, the said time granted is sought to be extended by stating certain medical grounds.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered by granting two weeks time to the petitioner to file such an appeal from today.
