(CRIME NO.1052/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition (i.e) 6(b) the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily on every wednesday and sunday at 10.30 am.,until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5187 of 2022 dated 18.03.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5187 of 2022 on 18.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
