O R D E R

(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in respect of inclusion of 4th respondent as a party respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after dismissal of the Writ Petition, the 3rd respondent executed a sale deed in 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.12850 of 2025 favour of the 4th respondent on 30.09.2024 for a sale consideration of Rs.25,00,000/- vide Doc.No.3839 of 2024. Therefore, 4th respondent is a necessary party to the case and he has to be impleaded in the appeal to meet the ends of justice.

3. Learned counsel appearing for R3 has no objection in accepting the cause title in respect of impleading the 4th respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition to accept the cause title in the Writ Appeal is ordered, as prayed for.
