Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the (i) Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, (ii) District Registrar, North Chennai, (iii) The Sub Registrar Madhavaram and (iv) The Sub Registrar, Sembium, the respondents 1 to 4 herein, to consider the representation dated 18.10.2013 in the light of the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur, vide Ref.No.Rc.15154/2015 (B3), dated 28.04.2016, and cancel the sale deeds dated 15.05.2013 registered as Doc.No.3667 & 3668 of 2015, on the file of Sub Registrar, Madhavaram in favour of Kusum Sethia and Anitha Jain, in respect of the lands comprised in S.No.1270/1 and 2 measuring 3.45 acres, Madhavaram Village, Tiruvallur District, within a time limit that may be prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly conceded that prior to the filing of the present Writ Petition, the petitioners have filed a suit in O.S.No.9 of 2014 to O.S.No.14 of 2018 on the file of learned Additional District Judge, Poneri for the very same issue and the same is pending.
2. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, as the above said suit in respect of the very same issue is pending before the competent Civil Court, this Court without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioners to canvass all those grievances before the Trial Court where the suit is pending.
3. With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
