Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to Impugned Letter dated 08.06.2020 vide Lr.No.AE/O&M/ASN/WEST/F.Dkt/D-31/2020 issued by the 4th respondent to the petitioner herein and quash the same. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner herein has come forward with this writ petition challenging the letter dated 08.06.2020 issued by the respondent No.4 to the contesting respondents, by which, a temporary service connection has been granted.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to address the Court placing reliance upon the order of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.17625 of 1996 dated 04.01.2007. It appears that a decision has already been taken purported compliance of the order by the respondent No.2 way back on 23.06.2011. Therefore, the impugned letter sought to be challenged is a consequential one.

3. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to allow this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent No.2 in Na.Ka.No.A.A8/7316/96, dated 23.06.2011, if so advised, subject to the delay, laches and acquisition which can be raised by the contesting respondents.
