The CMP.No.13457 of 2024 is filed seeking to set aside the abatement as against the death of sole respondent on the above appeal. The CMP.No.13459 of 2024 is filed seeking to bring on the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent as respondents in the above CMP.No. 5020 of 2024 in SA.Sr.No. 82566 of 2023.
